Although Er. Maekawa is on the non-official staff

of the Naval Headquarters, i thought it might be interesting

to place on record, for what they are worth, his personal views

on the new regulations which are being instituted by the Juyanese

authorities as regards (a) the anton Itevedore à Godown Aman.,

efforts being made by the Japanese authorities to establish the

Stevedore association are bound to fail to a certain extent

since it will be fund that they hamper the revival of foreigh
